The Democratic National Convention opens with all itís pomp and glory. At the same time across town Ross Leigh (Secret Service Agent) is out playing cowboy on a bust in Mailbu. The bust goes bad, but Leigh says at least we got some crooks. He is punished for this by being assigned to a job he hates, dealing with caterers and babysitting the press, at the Convention.
All is once again safe on the streets of America until Leigh, as nosy as he is, gets wind of an environmental extremist group and a plot against the life of the Democratic Candidate. Against orders, nothing new for Leigh, he begins to investigate and quickly becomes ensnared in a conspiracy to assassinate the presidential candidate. All of this happens while Ross meets the lady of his life and finds time to have a drink at a place called "Umbrellas". He loves the little umbrellas they serve in all their drinks.
