One calm beautiful day out at sea, a father and son are enjoying the day out fishing. Suddenly a space capsule plunges into the ocean a few feet from their boat. As they scurry over to it, the hatch opens. The father and son peek in and see a crippled man reminescent of famous scientist Stephen Hawking.
As they try to help him, shots are fired at them from approaching military coast guard gun ships. The heat intensifies as fighter jets fly over trying to destroy the capsule and anything around it. The crippled man only has time to give the father and son a package and to say "Run". From here every conceivable government agency in the world chases after the package... and them. As they run from Russians, Middle Easterners, Americans and Chinese representatives they can only ask: What is in the package?
