Kennedy Kaludes ( portrayed by Laci Szabo), a renowned art thief, is an expert
at getting out of a tight spot. But, this time, Kennedy puts himself in a tight
spot; anxious to patch things up with his now-adult daughter, he risks a return
to the U.S. to visit her. But Milla (Brynn Lucas), living fatherless since
age five, is hardly receptive.
A brief museum detour on their way back to Milla's place turns their world upside down when a dangerous gang of armed robbers takes over the museum to steal the priceless Black Star of Queensland, a visiting jewelry collection. Seeking to save Milla from the murderous leader of the heist Matos (portrayed by Bas Rutten), and his two sidekicks Frix (portrayed by Paul Logan) and Grace (portrayed by Diana Lee Inosanto)
Kennedy locks her in the only safe place he can find - the museum vault!
But going
for help proves difficult. Kennedy, the only survivor in the museum not held
hostage or locked in the vault, soon discovers that the massive law enforcement
contingency surrounding the building headed by Detective Austin (portrayed
by G. Anthony Joseph) is
hell bent on capturing him, believing he is the mastermind behind the heist.
To make matters worse, the vault is rapidly running out of air and there is no way to open the state-of-the-art doors. Sought by the police outside and the robbers within, Kennedy risks everything to save his daughter before time and air run out.
